Project Lead and Software Consultant with a broad knowledge in processes and implementations. The goal is always that IT should serve the people. The better the automation, the more time can be taken for innovation in the business and IT area.
Currently, I'm a working as Project Lead and Senior Software Consultant at LAPP Service GmbH, the IT area for the LAPP group world wide. The main part is taking the LAPP Digital platform (LDP), the new worldwide used customer facing platform, to the next level to strengthen the brand LAPP. This was done initially to Germany, Austria and Hungary and afterwards to France, the Netherlands, Belgium, Czech Republic, Poland, Great Britain, Sweden and Denmark in Europe, the United Stats of America, Canada and Mexico in North America as well as China and Korea in Asia.
My broad experience in IT from developing and finding problems over infrastructure components and how they work together ensures a fast and reliable system for LAPP that is so far the foundation for a highly available, cloud hosted, > 100 million € revenue shop system for the LAPP group.
In my spare time I love to learn and dig deep on understanding things - hence this website to check the idea of 16 kB websites without frameworks. On the other hand I have played in orchestras for over 25 years, I love riding my bike and I am also a volunteer firefighter.

First point of contact for all requirements in regards of the LAPP Digital Platform (LDP). Continuously taking the collaboration between the business and IT departments to the next level by ensuring clear requirements and taking Product Owner responsibilities to ensure smooth development processes. Ensuring working processes from SAP S/4 HANA over all subsystems to LDP. Optimizing and refactoring of the frontend developed with Angular (SAP Spartacus / Composable Storefront) to create a smoother UI/UX and cleaner code for SEO - lazy loading, chunking, API optimization, CSS and others. This resulted in a higher visibility, thus revenue increase from organic search and more customer satisfaction.

Project Lead for the LAPP Digital Platform, the new customer facing website and B2B shop for the LAPP Group. Initial rollout in 3 european countries, Germany, Austria and Hungary as well as 13 further rollouts in Europe, North America and Asia / Pacific creating a turnover of > 100 million €. Steering the internal and external development teams - overall 14 people - in an agile, Scrum based, project setup. Working on requirements as Solution Architect for the interfaces and implementation of SAP S/4 HANA, SAP Cloud Integration (CPI), SAP Marketing Cloud, SAP Customer Data Cloud (CDC), SmartEdit CMS, PIM, DAM, CDN, payment providers (Europe, North America, Asia), etc. into SAP Commerce Cloud, predominantly coded in JAVA. Product Owner for shop specific requirements and Consultant for the business in regards of processes and best practices.

Multi Project Lead for several different projects in B2B and B2C. All projects were based on SAP Commerce formerly SAP Hybris. From requirement engineering till testing and steering the developers the whole cycle of software development was done. As the single point of contact for customers, I was responsible for all aspects of the process, from contract negotiation and consultancy to requirements engineering, implementation and testing. The focus was set on UI/UX and business processes throughout all stages. Highlight projects were the development of a multi shop platform that can be individualized per business in the furniture market, a shop for a major machinery supplier with 3D CAD images and an installed base from SAP S/4 HANA and lastly helping in the early stages for a cable manufacturer to create the new customer facing platform.
